Although we guarantee every customers satisfaction we must, due to so many fraudulent buyers and professional refunders, place conditions upon purchases of services and/or products.
If you want a refund make sure you contact us first by phone or email, explain clearly and concisely the reason for your request and we will cheerfully refund your payment if a refund is due.
If you go directly to Paypal and file a dispute without contacting us first, we will automatically Escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim and let Paypal decide whether you’ll be granted a refund or not. This process requires that you make your case to PayPal and can take several weeks to complete.
